General

The TOSHIBA TLP3412SRHA4 photorelay consists of a photo MOSFET optically coupled to an infrared LED. It

is housed in a S-VSON16T package and it provides guaranteed performance operating temperature up to 125 .

It has a Built-in input resistor, which eliminates an external input resistor for space saving.

It has 4 channels in 1 pakage, making it ideal for switching applications in high-speed esters. Its features include

low off-state current and low output pin capacitance.
