General

The TOSHIBA TLP3407SRA4 photorelay consists of a photo MOSFET optically coupled to an infrared LED. It

is housed in a S-VSON16T package and it provides guaranteed performance operating temperature up to 125 .

It features a very small on-resistance and on/off switching of current as high as 0.6A. TLP3407SRA4 has 4chanels

in 1package, making it ideal for switching applications in high-speed testers.
