MAX865是一个CMOS电荷泵DC-DC转换器在一个超小型的μMAX封装。它产生积极从一个单一的正输入和负输出,并要求只有四个电容。电荷泵首先双打输入电压,然后颠倒了一倍的电压。输入电压范围从+1.5V至6.0V。保证内部振荡器之间20kHz的和38kHz的音频噪声,保持以上而电源电流消耗最小的范围。75半输出阻抗允许有用的输出电流高达20mA的电流。MAX865来一个1.11毫米高,8引脚μMAX包占用一个标准的电路板面积的一半8引脚SOIC封装。对于可选频率的设备和逻辑控制关断,指的MAX864数据表。特点1.11毫米高μMAX封装
