MAX1906保护免受过压条件lithium-ion/lithium聚合物(锂)电池包通过吹了三端保险丝。该IC复位保护电路一起使用提供高水平的安全对滥收费用锂离子电池。它可用于2 - ,3 - ,或4节串联锂离子电池。MAX1906监测单节电池电压。如果有任何电池电压超过过压阈值超过2.1s,MAX1906激活内部可控硅。可控硅汇足够的电流打击外部保护熔断器,永久禁用电池包。另外,该IC可以驱动一个门外部MOSFET,吹的导火索。MAX1906还提供了对断开保护电压检测引脚。如果检测到一个断开连接的引脚,断开输出被拉低。 MAX1906包括测试模式,这就决定了如果电路运行正确而组装的电池组。
