LTC®1986是一个微功率充电泵DC / DC转换器提供电源为3V或5V的GSMSIM卡。它工作于一体的三种模式:VOUT= 5V(5V模式),VOUT = VIN(3V模式)或关机。输入电压范围为2.6V至4.4V的部分可以提供输出电流10mA。 LTC1986允许VIN下降低2.6V,在3V模式提供了增强功能。在3V模式,VOUT是直接连接到VIN通过2.5W开关,直到VIN下降到低于2.85V。当VIN低于2.85V,部分自动提升到VOUT保持调节2.9V输出,从而确保输出电压保持在3V SIM卡VCC规范。极低的工作电流(14毫安典型的无负载)和很少的外部组件数目使得一部分理
