描述 该US431L产品是3端可调分流稳压器，也可以作为一个精密电压下使用参考。它的输出电压可设定为任意值之间的电压Vref（1.24V）和6V两个外部电阻所示的典型应用电路。其它应用该器件包括作为合并功放使用并在申请时参考，如线性稳压器或在低电压的二次侧控制器电源应用。只需要在US431L最大静态电流80uA前调节，使它成为一种理想的电池型电压基准申请。 特征 采用SOT23-5封装 0.5％的电压基准初始精度（US431AL） 阴极电流降低运行（80 uA的最大值） 只有1uF的无条件稳定
