3 Description

The TPS795 low-dropout (LDO), low-power linear

voltage regulator features high power-supply rejection

ratio (PSRR), ultra-low noise, fast start-up, and

excellent line and load transient responses in 6-

pin SOT-223 and 3mm × 3mm VSON packages.

The TPS795 is stable with a small 1μF ceramic

capacitor on the output. The TPS795 offers low

dropout voltages (for example, 110mV at 500mA).

Applications with analog components that are noisesensitive,

such as portable RF electronics, benefit

from the high-PSRR and low-noise features, as well

as from the fast response time.
