3 Description

The BQ25181 is a linear battery charger IC focusing

on small solution size and low quiescent current

for maximum battery life while providing the best

thermal performance through a QFN package with

a thermal pad. The PowerPath function enables

continous power to the regulated system voltage

(SYS) while charging the battery and providing

accurate termination. The device can support up to

1-A charging and system loads of up to 2.5 A.

The BQ25181 is I2C compatible and is highly

configurable providing flexibility and charging control

for various applications. The BQ25181 is available in

a small 10-pin DLH package.
