Description

RClamp®03371P is an ultra low capacitance ESD

protection device specifically designed to protect highspeed

Ethernet lines. It offers desirable characteristics

for board level protection including fast response time,

low operating and clamping voltage, and no device

degradation. The device features high surge capability

of 6A (tp = 8/20 μs). RClamp03371P has a typical

capacitance of only 0.23pF, which is ideal for high speed

lines. Each device will protect one high-speed data line

operating up to 3.3 volts.

RClamp03371P is in a DFN 1.0 x 0.6 x 0.55mm 2-Lead

package. This ultra small package design simplifies

PCB layout and facilitates matching trace lengths for

consistent impedance between high speed differential

lines. The combination of small size, low capacitance, and

high ESD surge capability makes them ideal for use in

industrial and consumer applications.
