SIT3085E是一款5V供电、半双工、低功耗，完全满足TIA/EIA-485标准要求的RS-485收发器。SIT3085E包括一个驱动器和一个接收器，两者均可独立使能与关闭。当两者均禁用时，驱动器与接收器均输出高阻态。SIT3085E具有1/8负载，允许256个SIT3085E收发器并接在同一通信总线上。可实现高达1Mbps的无差错数据传输。SIT3085E工作电压范围为4.5~5.5V，具备失效安全（fail-safe）、过温保护、限流保护、过压保护，控制端口热插拔输入等功能。SIT3085E具有优秀的ESD释放能力，HBM达到±16KV，接触放电满足IEC61000-4-2±16KV。
