6.5 V输入、150 mA的电压稳压器 S-1122系列

S-1112/1122系列是使用CMOS技术开发的低压差、高精度输出电压、低消耗电流正电压型电压稳压器。(LDO) 由于内置了低通态电阻晶体管,因而压差低,能够获得较大的输出电流。 为了使负载电流不超过输出晶体管的电流容量,内置了过载电流保护电路。此外,还内置电源开/关控制电路,以延长电池的使用寿命。和以往CMOS工艺电压稳压器相比,所能使用的电容器种类得以增多,也能使用小型的陶瓷电容器。因采用SNT-6A(H) (仅限S-1112系列)、SOT-23-5、5-Pin SON(A)小型封装,故可高密度安装。由于引脚排列的不同,SOT-23-5、5-Pin SON(A)分为S-1112系列和S- • 可详细地选择输出电压。\n• 输出电压精度高。\n• 输入输出压差低。(LDO)\n• 消耗电流少。\n• 输出电流大。\n• 内置电源开/关控制电路。\n• 能够使用低ESR电容器。\n• 高纹波抑制率。\n• 内置过载电流保护电路。\n• 无铅产品;
