Description

The RS31325 power mux is a dual input, single

output device with low quiescent current and low

Ron resistance. The wide operating input range

allows the device to be used in many DC bus

voltage applications.

With individual enable pin for both channels, the

device can select and seamlessly transit between

available input sources. With back-to-back

MOSFETs design for both channels, the device

blocks reverse current during switchover.

The device has fast input switchover capability to

reduce the potential output voltage drop during

switchover, which allows less output capacitors to

be used in the system.

The device has adjustable over-current protection,

input UV and OV protection, and over-temperature

protection.

The device is available in LGA-25, 4x4 mm package.
