三通道多模多频射频接收芯片

RX3902B是一款高度集成的多模多频段三通道射频芯片，支持三通道同时工作，三路都可以覆盖1.1GHz~1.7GHz频段的卫星信号。片内集成三通道接收机，同时接收三路卫星导航信号，经过下变频、放大和模数转换后输出给基带芯片。三个通道独立工作，片上集成了混频器（Mixer）、中频低通滤波器（LPF）滤波、自动增益放大器（AGC）、4bit模数变换器（ADC）、压控振荡器、小数分频锁相环和低压差线性稳压器（LDO）等电路，仅需很少的外围元器件即可工作。    在接收通道中，导航信号经过天线及射频带通滤波器（SAW），进入射频前端跨导放大器，经过放大、滤波处理后通过模拟输出端口输出，供给数字基带进行 • 三路都可以覆盖1.1GHz~1.7GHz频段的卫星信号,可以通过配置SPI，并行接收1.5GHz频段，1.2GHz频段和1.1GHz频段的3个导航频段信号；\r\n\r\n• 三通道可同时工作,三个通道可以独立工作；\r\n\r\n• 全差分设计降低串扰和杂散；\r\n\r\n• 接收机典型双边带噪声系数为5dB；\r\n\r\n• 中频低通滤波器带宽支持：10MHz、20MHz、30MHz和40MHz可选；\r\n\r\n• IQ模拟/数字中频输出；\r\n\r\n• 默认参考钟频率为25MHz；\r\n\r\n• 片上4 bit ADC, 支持补码、偏移码、sign mag码可选输出，;
