CLOCK GENERATOR The 4201A is a CMOS integrated circuit designed to fill the clock requirements of the MCS-40 microcomputer family. The 4201A contains a crystal controlled oscillator (XTAL external), clock generation circuitry, and both MOS and TTL level clock driver circuits.
