ESD protection device in a leadless ultra small DFN1006BD-2 (SOD882BD) Surface-Mounted

Device (SMD) plastic package with side-wettable flanks, designed to protect one line from the

damage caused by ElectroStatic Discharge (ESD) and other transients.

2. Features and benefits

• Reverse stand-off voltage: VRWM = 27 V

• Low clamping voltage: VCL = 36 V at IPP = 3 A

• ESD protection up to 30 kV (IEC 61000-4-2)

• Low capacitance: Cd = 14 pF

• High temperature capability: Tj = 150 °C

• Qualified according to AEC-Q101 and recommended for use in automotive applications
