Bidirectional single line ElectroStatic Discharge (ESD) protection diode encapsulated in a SOT23

(TO-236AB) small Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package. The device is designed for

ESD and transient overvoltage protection of one signal line.

• Reverse stand-off voltage: VRWM = 27 V

• Low clamping voltage: VCL = 36 V at IPP = 3.5 A

• ESD protection up to 30 kV (IEC 61000-4-2)

• ESD protection up to 30 kV (ISO 10605)

• Low capacitance: Cd = 15.6 pF

• Ultra low leakage current: IRM = 1 nA (typ.)

• AEC-Q101 qualified
