旺宏是全球少数可以提供从512Kbit至2Gbit完整串行NOR Flash系列产品的公司,产品包括超小尺寸的闪存,以满足便携式电子产品日益轻薄化的趋势。此外,旺宏还基于自主研发推出了19纳米NAND型闪存产品及e•MMC™方案,满足高阶嵌入式市场对高品质和高可靠性的需求。在ROM产品方面,32纳米的XtraROM®产品已开始量产。同时,旺宏还提供已知良品(KGD)产品,以满足系统级封装(SIP)的需求。
目前,旺宏电子拥有一座12英寸晶圆厂(晶圆五厂)和一座8英寸晶圆厂(晶圆二厂),主要生产和制造其自有品牌的非易失性存储器产品。
