LTC®660是一种单片CMOS开关电容电压转换器。它执行的电源电压转换从一个1.5V输入范围从正到负5.5V,导致互补输出电压- 1.5V - 5.5V。它还执行输入一个倍增2.5V至5.5V的电压范围,在增加一倍输出电压为5V至11V。只有两个外部电容需要电荷泵和负责水库功能。该转换器具有一个内部振荡器,可由外部时钟过载或减慢时连接到一个电容器。振荡器运行在一个10kHz卸载时的频率。以外的频率较高如果BOOST引脚连接音频乐队亦可到V +。LTC660包含一个内部振荡器,2分频,电压电平转换器和4个功率MOSFET。
