LM339DT 宽电源电压范围:可在单电源电压 2V 至 36V,或双电源电压 ±1V 至 ±18V 的范围内工作,适应性强。 低功耗:电源电流极低,典型值为 1.1mA,且与电源电压无关,有助于降低整个电路的功耗。 高精度:输入失调电压较低,最大为 2mV,能保证高精度的电压比较功能。输入偏置电流典型值为 25nA,输入失调电流典型值为 ±5nA。 兼容多种输出:输出类型丰富,兼容 CMOS、DTL、ECL、MOS 和 TTL 等多种输出,方便与其他电路连接。 封装:通常采用 SOIC、SOP - 14 等封装形式,引脚数目为 14 个,引脚间距 1.27mm,便于电路设计和布线。
