LM2936-3.0的超低静态电流稳压器低压差电压和低电流待机模式。随着在不到20μA的静态电流为100μA负载，LM2936-3.0非常适合于汽车和其他电池供电系统。而LM2936-3.0保留所有的功能，是共同的低压差稳压器包括低压差PNP通设备，短路保护，反向电池保护和热关机。而LM2936-3.0有一个最大工作电压40V限制，在-40°C至+125°C的工作温度范围，±3％输出在整个输出电流电压容差，输入电压和温度范围。而LM2936-3.0可在一个TO-92封装，采用SO-8表面贴装封装，以及SOT-223和TO-252表面贴装功率包。
