一般描述 该Supertex公司HT0440是一款双通道高电压隔离司机利用Supertex公司的专利HVCMOS®技术。它的设计驱动为双向或分立的MOSFET配置单向开关。它可以驱动高N沟道MOSFET侧开关高达400V的。产生两个独立的HT0440直流隔离电压输出,VOUTA和VOUTB时逻辑输入A和B是在逻辑高。内部时钟HT0440可以禁用应用外部时钟信号在CLK引脚。这使得功耗和AC特性进行调整以满足特定需求。在CLK引脚应连接到地在不使用时。该HT0440不不需要任何外部电源。内部供电电压是所提供的两个逻辑输入A或B或者当他们在逻辑高。
