EC340EGC 定时器芯片CMOS 制造工艺,低功耗工作电压：2.0-4.8V。一个按键输入控制，一路电平信号输出。上电不工作OUT高电平，短按下输出低电平开始计时。计时结束后反转为高电平，计时过程中触发无效。若按键KEY直接接地，则上电计时输出低电平，计时结束后输出反转为高电平。
