 Description

The DIO3011 is a low power, 2.5 GHz high

bandwidth, single pole double throw analog switch,

which is designed to operate from a single 2.3 V to

5.5 V supply. The DIO3011 offers excellent -3dB

bandwidth and low ON resistance，which can be used

as analog switch in multiple application.
