DRV8301 - 三相双电流分流放大器和降压稳压器的预驱动器 DRV8301是一个三相栅极驱动器IC电机驱动应用。它提供了3个半桥 驱动程序，每一个能够驱动两个N型高侧和低的MOSFET，方。它支持高达2.3A水槽和1.7A源峰值电流能力，只需要一个电源供应8日至60V的范围很宽。DRV8301使用滴入引导栅极驱动器充电电路，支持100％占空比。门驱动程序使用自动握手偏高的时候FET或低侧FET开关，以防止电流射穿。 VDS检测的场效应管保护在外部电源的过电流条件下的阶段。DRV8301包括两个电流分流放大器精确的电流测量。目前放大器支持双向电流检测和提供一个可调输出
