多区域多目标dTOF距离传感器

DA0102 是一款高集成度、紧凑型， dTOF（direct Time of Flight）传感器。它集成了VCSEL 激光发射器、多区域接收（单点或者2×2）单光子雪崩二极管（SPAD）阵列、微透镜、TDC（Time Digital Converter）、MCU，采用 dTOF技术，内置阳光抑制和抗盖板脏污算法，在不同环境下测量准确度不受目标物体的反射率影响，能实现高达5m的多目标精确测距。\n\n该传感器具有firmware（根据客户需求定制模式及算法），低功耗用以延长电池续航时间；测量数据通过 IIC 快速模式通信接口进行传输。\n\n该传感器设计了人眼安全控制电路，符合 Class 测距性能：\n\n. 测距范围：0.01 m ~ 5 m\n\n. 测距精度：1cm\n\n.
