技术特点:采用 ADI 公司的 iCoupler? 技术,将双通道隔离器、CAN 收发器和 isoPower? DC/DC 转换器集成于单个 20 引脚宽体 SOIC 封装中。片内振荡器输出一对方波,以驱动内部变压器提供隔离电源。具有限流和热关断特性,可防止输出短路,共模瞬变抗扰度大于 25kV/μs。
电气参数:采用 5V 单电源供电,能以最高 1Mbps 的数据速率工作。隔离电压为 2500Vrms,符合 UL 1577 标准,工作温度范围为 - 40°C 至 + 85°C。
