MC1121是一个电荷泵转换器与100mA的输出电流的能力。它转换为2.4V至5.5V的输入到相应的负输出电压。所有电荷泵转换器,MC1121采用无电感器节省了成本,尺寸,并降低了EMI。板上振荡器(典型频率为10kHzVDD=5V)时的频率控制输入(FC)连接到地面。当FC是振荡器的频率提高到200kHz连接到VDD,允许使用更小的电容器。时的操作分10kHz的频率较低的静态电流和完成从OSC(PIN另外一个外部电容器7)地面。MC1121可以从外部时钟驱动连接振荡。在10kHz时的典型电源电流为50mA,下降到小于1mA时,关断输入带来的低,是否用于内部或外部时钟。MC1121是在微
