1.1 Product Description

YIC71612EBGG is a complete ultra-low power consumption, small size GPS&GLONASS engine module with ultra-high sensitivity. The GPS&GLONASS module signal is applied to the antenna input of the module, and the complete serial data information including position, speed and time information is presented on the serial interface through the NMEA protocol or a custom protocol.

The –165dBm tracking sensitivity module extends the coverage to locate urban canyons and dense foliage environments. In addition, ultra-low power consumption design helps IoT products extend battery life, which is suitable for wearable, portable devices, e.g. PND, drones, smart helmets, cameras, car navigation systems, and so on.
