超小型、低消耗电流、附带温度检测报警输出的模拟温度传感器 XC3101系列产品是超小型,低消耗电流的高精度温度传感器IC。输出系统有模拟输出和NMOS开漏温度检测报警输出。内部由带隙型温度传感器,基准电压源,温度倾斜设定放大器,转换器,各种设定电阻构成。\n报警温度检测由内部IC设定为70°C,当温度上升,超过检测温度时,报警温度检测的输出将保持为“Low”。另外,从检测温度只下降了滞后宽度的温度时,输出将被解除为“High”。滞后宽度被设定为5°C。\n模拟输出在-40°C~100°C的范围内具有高精度的模拟输出电压,也能在外部用A/D等监视温度。工作输出电压范围为2.7V ~ 5.5V ,消耗电流极小,为3.5μA(TYP.),最适合于检测蓄电池 ·工作电压范围:2.7V~5.5V\n·模拟输出电压:1.600V(TYP.)@25℃,2.365V(TYP.)@-40℃,0.717V(TYP.)@100℃\n·模拟输出电压温度系数:-11.77mV/℃(TYP.)\n·模拟输出温度范围:-40℃~+100℃\n·模拟输出温度精度:±3.5℃\n·报警温度:70℃±4.5℃\n·报警温度滞后:5℃(TYP.)\n·报警输出形式:N沟道开漏\n·报警逻辑值:ActiveLow\n·消耗电流:3.5μA(TYP.)@25℃\n·适应环保要求:与EU RoHS规格对应、无铅; | TOREX 特瑞仕 | |||
