WE9142/A are monolithic integrated circuit which perform 10-Memory Tone/Pulse switchable dialing functions for modern telephone set desing. It is fabricated in CMOS technology thus has good performance in low voltage, low power operations. Wide operating voltage range and low memory retention current facilitate this chip excellent for battery-free direct line powered operation.
