General

The TLP3484 photorelay consists of a photo MOSFET optically coupled to an infrared LED.

It is housed in a P-SON4 package. The TLP3484 features low output capacitance, COFF,

and thus fast on/off switching of a high-frequency signal, making it ideal for switching applications

in high-speed testers.
