General Description

The Teccor Electronics, Inc. fine of sensitive SCR semiconduc-

tors are half-wave unidiectional gate-controlled rectifiers (SCR.

hyrstor) which complement Teccors line of power SCA. This

group of packages offers atings of 0.8-10 amps, and 50-600

Volts with gate sensitivtes of 12.500 microamps. Il gale currents

in the 10-50 millamp ranges are required. piease consult Tec-
