高频PWM控制ICUC1825系列最适合开关电源应用。特别注意通过比较,以最大限度地减少传播延迟和逻辑电路,同时最大限度地提高带宽和压摆率误差放大器。该控制器是专为使用在任一电流输入电压能力的模式或电压模式系统馈。保护电路包括电流限制比较器与一个1V门槛,一个TTL兼容关机端口,和一个软启动引脚这将增加一倍,作为最大占空比钳位。这种逻辑是完全提供抖动的自由运作,并禁止多个脉冲锁存输出。与为800mV的滞后欠压锁定部分保证低启动电流。在欠压锁定,输出高阻抗。这些器件具有图腾柱输出源和设计沉高容性负载的峰值电流,如门,功率MOSFET。对国家是一个高层次的设计。
