The STTH60200CHR is a monolithic dual rectifier assembled in a SMD1 hermetic

package and screened to comply with the ESCC5000 specification for Rad-Hard

products. It is in addition characterized in total dose and in single event effect. it is

intended to get ESCC qualified.
