GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The ST63140, 142, 126, 156 microcontrollers are members of the 8-bit HCMOS ST631xx family, a series of devices specially oriented to TV applications. Different ROM size and peripheral configurations areavailable to give the maximum application and cost flexibility.
