Description

The RHFL6000L high-performance adjustable positive voltage regulator provides

exceptional radiation performance. It is tested in accordance with MIL-STD-883J

method 1019.9, in ELDRS conditions. The device is available in the Flat-16P, a

hermetic ceramic package. A dedicated internal circuitry is implemented to absorb

output transients during SET events. The operating input voltage goes from 2.5 V to

12 V.

The RHFL6000L is an upgraded version of the RHFL6000A and is intended to

extend the range of the regulated output voltages down to 0.6 V.
