Description

The device is a high performance radiation

hardened LDO regulator, suitable for output

current up to 3 A (TO-257 and SMD.5 versions).

The operating input voltage range is from 3 V to

12 V. The device has been specifically designed

for harsh radiation environments, such as

aerospace applications.

Integrated overtemperature protection, adjustable

overcurrent protection and monitoring offer a high

level of robustness.

It is available in Flat-16, SMD.5 and TO-257

hermetic packages.
