Description

The RHF310A device is a very low power, high-speed, single operational amplifier. A bandwidth of 120 MHz is achieved while drawing only 400 µA of quiescent current. This low-power characteristic is particularly suitable for high-speed battery powered devices requiring dynamic performance. The RHF310A is mounted in a Flat-8 hermetic package.
