The L4931 series are very Low Drop regulators available in TO-220, SO-8, DPAK, PPAK and TO-92 packages and in a wide range of output voltages. The very Low Drop voltage (0.4V) and the very low quiescent current make them particularly suitable for Low Noise, Low Power applications and specially in battery powered systems.
1. Very low dropout voltage (0.4V)
2. Very low quiescent current
3. (Typ. 50 µA in off mode, 600µA in on mode)
4. Output current up to 250 mA
5. Logic-controlled electronic shutdown
6. Output voltages of 1.5; 2.5; 2.7; 3; 3.3; 3.5; 4;4.7; 5; 8; 12V
7. Internal current and thermal limit
8. Only 2.2µF for stability
