Description
The AD2C641 is a bi-directional, single-pole, single-throw,
normally open multipurpose solid-state relay. It is designed
to replace electromechanical relays in general purpose
switching applications. The relay consists of an IR LED
optically coupled to an IC that drives two rugged source-tosource
enhancement type DMOS transistors. Total device
output resistance is guaranteed to be less than 500mΩ
making this device the ideal choice where minimal signal
attenuation is required. The device comes with up to 5kV
input to output isolation.
