8-word x 8-bit serial NON - VOLATILE RAM

The S-24H30R/I is a non-volatile CMOS RAM, composed of a CMOS static RAM and a non-volatile electrically erasable programmable memory (E2PORM) to backup the SRAM. The organization is 8-word x 8-bit (total 64 bits) and data can be tranferred serially by a data bus.

Data is stored from SRAM to E2PORM by the store signal or an instruction from a CPU, and is recalled from E2PORM to SRAM by the recalled signal or instruction from a CPU. The SRAM data can be read or written separately from non-volatile data stored in the E2PORM.
