RailClamp® TVS arrays are low capacitance ESD

protection devices designed to protect high speed data

interfaces. This series has been specifically designed

to protect sensitive high speed components from

over-voltage caused by ESD (electrostatic discharge),

CDE (Cable Discharge Events), and EFT (electrical fast

transients).

RClamp®01892PWQ is a low voltage Transient Voltage

Suppressor (TVS) designed to protect multi-rate

Ethernet lines in automotive applications. It provides

ESD protection to +/-8kV contact discharge (per

IEC 61000-4-2). Low dynamic resistance, low surge

clamping, and breakdown voltage <6V minimizes stress

on the protected IC. Capacitance is limited to 0.3pF

(typical), preserving signal integrity on high-speed lines.

Each device will protect two lines operating at 1.8V.

RClamp01892PWQ is qualified to AEC-Q100, Grade 1 (-40

to +125 oC) and AEC-Q101 for automotive applications.

RClamp01892PWQ is in a DFN 1.0 x 0.6 x 0.55mm 3-Lead

package. The flow-through package design simplifies

PCB layout.
