12位自整角机数字转换器

SDC1742是一款混合式12位连续跟踪自整角机数字转换器。在这款混合器件的内核中,转换过程由基于ADI专有BiMOS II工艺制成的一个单芯片IC完成,在同一芯片中有机地结合了CMOS逻辑和双极性高精度线性电路的优势。通过内部隔离微变压器实现信号与基准电压输入之间的真正隔离。12位数字字采用三态数字形式,由2个字节构成。通过为最高有效8位和最低有效6位或4位分别配置ENABLE输入,不但简化了将一个器件以多路复用方式连接至单个数据总线的过程,同时为INHIBIT输入提供了支持,无需中断跟踪环路的操作。该转换器密封于32引脚焊接金属封装之中。 • 内置隔离变压器\n\n• 军用温度范围\n\n• 三种精度选项\n\n• 14位或12位分辨率\n\n• 高连续跟踪速率;
