BA5974FP is a 4-channel BTL driver developed for driving a motor for CD players and actuators.

PWM output of the digital servo LSI can be directly connected with 3ch other than the spindle without external attachment. (Built-in primary filter)

Features

1) 4 ch BTL driver.

2) Since the HSOP 28 package is adopted, the set can be miniaturized.

3) 3ch is PWM input direct coupling type (with built-in first order filter),

filter constant can be changed with external RC.

4) The dynamic range is wide. (PreVCC = 8 V, Pow VCC = 8 V, RL = 8 Ω, 5.6 V (Typ.))

5) Built-in thermal shutdown circuit.

6) It is possible to mute the output current with the external mute terminal.
