RT8055B为高效率的同步整流降压型DC/DC转换器,输入电压范围从2.6V至5.5V,输出可调范围0.8V至5V,输出电流至3A。内建的同步低导通阻的功率开关,增进了整体效率并减少了需要外加萧特基二极管的必要性。切换频率可由外部电阻进行设计。藉由近100%占空比的操作提供了低压差转换的应用可有效延长掌上型装置的电池使用寿命。电流模式操作与外部的补偿机制可因应大范围的输出电容与负载变化的瞬时响应进行优化的补偿。RT8055B强制操作在连续的PWM模式,大幅降低电压纹波值与RF噪声所造成的干扰。RT8055B采用WDFN-10L 3x3的封装规格。 • 效率达95% \n• 可设计的操作频率 : 300kHz 至 2MHz\n• 0.8V 的参考电压允许低电压输出\n• 100% 的占空比操作\n• 输出电压电源良好信号指示\n• 符合RoHS规范与无卤特性;
