DESCRIPTION

The MSM514900C/CSL is a 524,288-word x 9-bit dynamic RAM fabricated in Okis silicon-gate CMOS technology. The MSM514900C/CSL achieves high integration, high-speed operation, and low-power consumption because Oki manufactures the device in a quadruple-layer poly silicon/single-layer metal CMOS process. The MSM514900C/CSL is available in a 28-pin plastic SOJ or 28-pin plastic TSOP. The MSM514900CSL (the self-refresh version) is specially designed for lower power applications.
