Low capacitance bidirectional ElectroStatic Discharge (ESD) protection diode in a ultra-small and

flat lead SOD523 plastic package designed to protect one signal line from the damage caused by

ESD and other transients.

• Ultra low leakage current: IRM = 5 nA

• ESD protection of up to 10 kV
