1. General description

Low capacitance unidirectional double ElectroStatic Discharge (ESD) protection diode in a very

small SOT323 (SC-70) Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package, designed to protect up to

two signal lines from the damage caused by ESD and other transients.

• Max. peak pulse power: PPPM = 70 W

• Low clamping voltage: VCL = 13 V

• Ultra low leakage current
