ESD protection device in an ultra small DFN1006BD-2 (SOD882BD) Surface-Mounted Device

(SMD) plastic package with side wettable flanks, designed to protect one line from the damage

caused by transient overvoltages (TVS).

• Low clamping voltage: VCL = 36 V at IPP = 7 A
