The µPD78F4937, 78K/IV Series product, is a flash memory version of the µPD784937 with internal masked ROM. Data can be written to or erased from the flash memory of the µPD78F4937 with the microcontroller mounted on the printed wiring board.

• Pin-compatible with mask ROM model (except VPP pin)

• Flash memory: 192K bytes

• Internal RAM: 8,192 bytes

• Same operating voltage as mask ROM model (VDD = 4.0 to 5.5 V)
